Befores & Afters with Weights Inside the Cheeks

Does this make anyone else cringe besides me? The before & after is in the video for this Skinn product - pretty close to the beginning, and I think Isomers uses a similar before/after picture for one of their newer products. It just really looks gross to me. {#emotions_dlg.ohmy} And I wonder what the poor model looks like when it's removed.
