With all the complaints about QVC before and afters, I'm guessing this is not come from QVC (g)  She's beautiful.

Now they should do another "after" to see what that women would look like if she applied the makeup herself instead of a professional make-up artist.

Re: Before and After

These are great images that show what you can do with shadow and light if you want to.  Her eyes look great, they had to raise that crease shade to create the illusion of the crease she has lost with time.  Shadowy contours created with different colors, you have to fake all those zones and recreate them on the new landscape.  Her lips too show how using a slightly darker tone liner on the edge and using a couple shades lipcolor,  blending can create a plump lovely lip contour.  Mona Lisa is living on a flat canvas yet we get all those features through shadow and light.

And staying up to date with hair too.  Love it.

Hmmm...I suspect a mass of strings in her hair are pulling her skin taut.

ETA to correct spelling of strings.

The artist did  have some artifice.

Agree--that's more than just makeup an a new hairstyle at work.  Looks like she can't close her mouth--LOL!!!

Photoshop best work,  It does not even look like the same person

Yes, makeup is all about illusion, lighting and shadows. The makeup artist was way way over "fixed".
