Are the big bar soaps used for face and body?  I like simple.

Some people use them on the face and body. I would suggest starting with the pure unscented if you are going to use it on your face. I have used that one on my face.

i do use it on the face, no issues but eyes do burn if it gets into the eyes. haven't checked if it takes off makeup, I usually do a oil cleanse if i have a foundation on.

There is another thread on the Beekman soap you might want to check out.  If you are looking for a product where Goats Milk is the first ingredient, this isn't the brand for you.
