Beekman AS vs non- AS availability (rant)...

I have a few Beekman AS with HSN; these are items I and my family use daily (soap, hand wash, lip balms). They go to sons here and there, DH and I and those who have been gifted items and then purchased them on AS.

NONE of us are receiving these items now. Regarding lip balms and soap, NONE of us have received a shipment since last August and the answer we are constantly told is the vendor (the one the Beekman Boys sold to) is just not supplying them with product.

HOWEVER: if we want to purchase the SAME items but pay FAR MORE, we can get it in 3-7 business days. CS says to this: nothing we can do about it. It's ALL about the new company fulfilling the orders.

As it stands, these AS products are showing fulfillment in JULY 2025. Almost a full year since the last AS order was received. I've cancelled all our Beekman AS and told sons and friends/family what we've been told; most are cancelling their AS orders as well. There is no one to complain to, no one who cares. Typical business in today's world. Smiley Sad

@FiddleDeeDee.  The problem with auto-deeliveries is that they may be undependable, contingent on the availability of raw materials and shipping services.

I'm still waiting on an my Valentine order of Lindt Truffles.  I have a feeling the tariff situation my have something to do with their tardiness.  It'll soon be too warm to ship chocolate.

I think the HSN Autoship and QVC A/D systems have become very unreliable.

I've had several Philosophy A/Ds cancelled without warning.  I have an HSN Beekman A/S due sometime soon.  I won't be surprised, if it doesn't ship, as the handcream that I ordered at the same time was cancelled shortly afterwards with no initial shipment at all.

It seems most of the time now, it's easier to just order a single shipment and wait for the next "special".  Only my opinion and experience in the past couple of years.

@FiddleDeeDee - Yes, one of my Philosophy A/Ds (the Purity wipes) was cancelled as the product was supposedly "no longer available".

BUT they suggested that I could buy the exact same product for a much higher price, if I was "still interested"!  NO, thank you!  Smiley Mad

So the product WAS available; they just didn't want to honor the A/D price.

I hardly doubt your chocolate delay is due to tariffs. That chocolate was made long ago.

I hear you @ FiddleDeeDee! I think that any remaining Beekman auto ship is really old product. My last shipment of hand wash was so thick, I could barely get it out of the bottle. I cancelled auto ship and changed vendor. It's sad.
