Don't look for any advice from a dermatologist that's going to keep you from needing his services (generally speaking)

She buys it locally. I'm not sure but more than likely it's made by the person she buys it from. The girl is a mix of Mother Nature and Martha Stewart.

When would you be applying the tallow...AM, PM...?
It wouldn't find a place in my routine so I won't be buying any.

My daughter is using tallow & she loves it. A lot of things irritate her skin & she gets eczema but tallow is working for her & her skin looks smooth & soft.
I tried it. Everything breaks me out & this did too but I like it on my hands & feet. I got a little pot in a Christmas gift & it smells like Sweet Orange.
My cousin is also using tallow & she loves it.
She uses Vintage Tradition All Purpose Balm that she gets from Amazon.
My daughter bought a brand called Clara & Fritz first but said it was too expensive, so she bought Renderings Pure Natural Fats Beef Tallow 100% Grass Fed & mixes it with a little EVOO & essential oils.
I know. I am equally skeeved out & fascinated!
I checked this out on Amazon. Not sure why she chose this one since it clearly states it's for cooking. Tried to copy the description from Amazon, but it was in the wrong format.

This one from amazon? Yes, it's for cooking but it's 100% tallow w/o skin care ingredients added and you can apply it to the skin also. Most of the tallow sold as skincare products contain other ingredients such as honey, oils and/or fragrance.

I haven't gotten that far in my decision making process but I think night. I've been struggling with my evening skincare routine since my heart surgery last April. I got home late last night and slept in my makeup ![]()

Yes, thank you

I think it's a way to MARKET animal "garbage parts" to the unsuspecting (and susceptible) public...at high prices...
Before you know it...they will be selling ground toenails for facial scrubs....

The public's credulity truly has no bottom.

Now that bird flu has moved to cattle, there is no way I would touch that stuff.
