I never really thought that I needed a BB, but now I'm thinking that maybe I do. I always hesitate because aren't they like $25?  That seems like a lot for a sponge.

I only just started using a foundation brush for liquid foundation about 4 yrs ago...a sponge seems crazy!

I put off buying one for several years because I though tthe same thing but I was lucky  that a friend of mine gifted me one and now I can't believe how much I like it. I normally liked usig my fingers to kind of stipple on my foundation/bb cream but now that I've used the sponge and tried going back to just fingers, I realize how much better it blends and looks and so I use it almost every time now. If you really want to try it but don't want to pay full price, wait until you can get it on sale, like during Sephora's sale, beauty.com sales or dermstore sales. Or there are 20% off birchbox codes out there right now.
