Beauty with benefits

Ordered early , email confirmation I was to receive the free gift, ordered days before the shows aired qvc was still advertising free gifts w/ purchase, never received the beauty bag. Called today was told by cust. service only while supplies last. Don't understand they were still promoting the free gift . Not right to do to customers
