Beauty with benefits no gift bag received!  I ordered from the beauty with benefits item and when it came I received no gift with purchase. I contacted customer service with no help whatsoever. I will be returning the item. Has this happened to anyone else?

It happended to me in 2020.  That of course was at the beginning of the pandemic and one couldn't get CS on the phone.  No response to chat or email complaints from me.  I resolved that that was my one and only BwB attempt at the Q.  As I recall there were a few complaints on the boards about this.

This year I ordered from HSN and already received my box.

Did you contact the Social Team?  I don't think they were yet in place at the time of my order mishap. Now I wouild always prioritize contacting them over CS.

The GWP is usually shipped separately at least in my experience.

@Charliez - I wouldn't return the item.  (Please remember this is for charity and the returned item likely can't be resold.) The GWP may be shipping separately, but in any case email the Social Team first for their help.  Tell them your order info (don't post it here).  They're very quick to respond and will be able to tell you what the situation is.

I just got my Beauty with Benefits, Skinfix eye cream without the complimentary items.  Think I will wait until the mail comes on Monday, maybe Tuesday, before I contact QVC about it.
