@tace28 - you don't need to explain to anyone here why you post about HSN or any other retailer. I hope you get that BWB tote, sorry to read about your difficulties

Excellent update @tace28 I'm sure it will be helpful to others that shop HSN.
There are some squatter posters that brag about not shopping at Q or H. Some of them look to insult Q and H shoppers, cause conflicts, post about politics, royal or Lisa Robertson threads are like 'food' for their nasty dispositions and then all of those scare tactic depressing full of inaccurate info threads about the Covid19 virus. It's inappropriate for a shopping forum. They harass shoppers and spread misery...they should be banned

@hooked on books - it's probably a lack of training. But the core issue is the warehouse/fulfillment operations. This is not a new event so you would think they had a well defined process but at least they have been able to put into place an immediate corrective action.
Unfortunately there will be disappointed customers that are having problems getting assist from CS. Plus Q and H will incur addtl warehouse/ shipping expenses bc they should have shipped the BWB tote with the ordered item.
