Beauty with Benifits

Can anyone tell me if you ordered a lower price item do you recieve the

minimum  $29 dollar value in the free gift bag. Then if you ordered a higher price item your  gift bag is elevated from the minimun value? It does appear that way to me, however may not know what others recieved. Thanks in advance for any and all replys to this question.

If it was on the Beauty with Benefits show, or in that category on the web, you get the gift with purchase.  Amount spent doesn't matter - but just one to a customer.
