I also bought from HSN and QVC, I am expecting a bag from each. If I don't get it, you better believe I will contact customer service!

I got my bag from HSN today, it was in the same box as the item I ordered. I wonder if everyone gets the same items? One thing I noticed the bag itself had a smell, not a great one. I'm waiting for my QVC bag which should come by the end of the week.

When I received my gift bag from Q it was in a box and also, thrown loosely in the box was the small container of eye shadow that I had purchased to get the gift bag. I almost didn't see it in there and would have thrown it away with the box. Be careful that the item you purchased isn't in the box/package that your Gift Bag comes in.

i knew my bag and the beauty item i purchased were not coming together. i make sure to check my order status daily. my beauty item isnt even in my state yet.

@sunshine45, my post was just an FYI
for everyone. Some posters have received their gift bags but not the item they purchased in order to qualify for the gift bags. I just wanted to share my experience so no one would accidentally throw something away.

My Wen from HSN didn't come with a pump. I don't think I have one, mistake on Wen 's part not shipping the cleanser with a pump.

I am late to the party,  ordered from hsn and saw the beauty bag in my order tonight.  Also ordered a cancer + careers It cosmetic bronzed from Q but didn't see any mention of the gwp bag any where in my order.   Anyone know if they are already sold out?
