I had one CS person tell me it was coming but shipped separate…. Why would it ship separate? Then the one today told me sorry it was out of stock! No!!! Scam!!

I ordered a product for BWB which I received and, that product is nice!  However, I did not receive the free tote and product that was listed with my purchase.  It was supposed to have shipped with the ordered product.  I realize this is about cancer research but, next time just ask for donations!  I made two phone calls to inquire about the free items and was told tonight that they're gone.  On my first call I also donated an additional amount which I was happy to do.  Cancer has not touched me personally but, has touched the lives of close relatives and friends.  Don't offer things you can't provide to get your loyal customers to buy.  Be upfront!

As a cancer survivor I also ordered the philosopy trio and the tarte item.  I didn't receive a gift bag with either one.  I don't understand QVC anymore.  If the bags are sold out , then they should say so.

I did not get the gift either and live chat just sent me a link to the bwb page but it doesn't tell you anything and nothing appears on my order for that day! I'm pretty upset!

I called back again and the pat answer is while supplies last even though I ordered ahead of time. 

They do not know who is the getting the gift and who is not! I told them to give me a credit which they refused. I will be sending my purchase back! The host lied thru the whole show.

They blamed it on the time zones! What! 

Mine is already packaged up to go back tomorrow.

With all the "heartfelt" crying going on that night of BWB, this is a sloppy effort on the part of the Q.

I seem to remember Alberti constantly interrupting to remind everyone of the $178 (or something like that) free gift bag of beauty products with your purchase.

I didn't order anything because the products I wanted sold out too fast.  Yep, very poor...

I spoke with cs today…apparently they were on “back order,” and were being sent to QVC tomorrow.

QVC really needs to make sure they have enough of the gift bags ahead of time.  They know their customers want to participate to help the cause.  Not right to offer it and not have enough.

Wait, my Order Status says my item and the beauty bag will arrive together (same tracking number) Thursday. But you all are saying it was sold out?
