I ordered some lip gloss as my one item a few weeks ago, from QVC . I got that item first, but the goodie bag was shipped a week or so later. I did get an email from QVC telling me that had shipped. I also ordered an item from HSN and they sent it and the goodie bag in the same box. Now this was the middle of the month too--not sure if there was a run on stuff from the BWB shows both networks had on---so maybe the bags will take longer to ship. I couldn't find any reference of the bags either--but I did do a live chat on both networks to check and they said yes I would get mine.

I made a purchase last week using this program and saw no evidence I would quallify for the gift at checkout or afterwards and only received the product. Last night I placed two orders with this program and both times it showed I qualified for the gift. So I do feel confident I will receive the gift this time. Don't care about the previous purchase because they messed it up and I'm getting a refund, so I no longer need to pursue the issue.
