I recently placed an order when they were offering 20% off on your order. When I tried to get my 3 samples it said they ran out! My order ended up in 2 separate shipments. I thought maybe they would throw in something with it for good customer service, nothing. I enjoy getting samples as I may try something that I later on will purchase. I called customer service to voice my complaint and he said "well you saved 20% and got free shipping"! He just didn't care.
