I just listened to most of the HSN video on the cream, Chelsea said to apply any other serums or creams on first, the spicule cream goes on as your last step. 

A turn off to me was that the cream contains Isohexadecane which is mineral oil, I try to svoid that in my skin care.

yes, it is a trial size. The TS is $179.85 for a 1oz serum & the 10 ml spicule peel.

If I had to make a selection, I think I would go with HSN's Essence rather than a cream, I think the Essence cpould be most effective.
