Are they spending the ENTIRE 2 hours on the Doll 10 TSV?  Every time I check the channel that's what's on.

Yes, I noticed that as well. I like Dr. Doris and Doll 10 very much but had to move along...

@Icegoddess   @Spacrazy   Both channels are maybe hurting for viewers and realize that no one is tuning in for 18 hrs. or until they're off live and go to repeat shows. They need to have TSVs on so often it IS nauseating.

I wanted something to watch while cooking the other day and every time I passed by QVC, it was that large Lug bag...every color, how the strap hangs, the inside and accessories to purchase with it.

It's been this way for a very long time. I don't watch HSN, but do believe you that it's pretty much the same.

I don't watch HSN or QVC for long stretches of time.  I do like to switch over to them for a few minutes when a commercial comes on when I'm watching something else, if it is a category I'm interested in, usually fashion or beauty.  It was the Doll 10 TS constantly.  I think maybe HSN and QVC keep their inventory low for a cost savings, and we see the same things offered over and over.

Re: Beauty Report on HSN

[ Edited ]

I don't spend a lot of time on either channel, but I do often watch Beauty Report with Amy Morrison.  I'll keep it on in the background while working on the computer.  But, they don't usually take up the entire 2 hours on one product, even if it's the TSV.  They may show it twice, but not an hour each time.  There's almost always a product or two from her bestie, the Beauty Spy lady.

If they're so afraid they're going to miss one veiwer who pops in, why don't they just put the TSV in a little box up in the corner?  They could even do that all darn day long when they're not presenting it.

I used to enjoy Beauty Report with Amy.  Now it's tiring listening to her ooh & ahh over everything.  So tired of both channels with 20 years old models with perfect skin demonstrating makeup.  Doll 10 is on often , doesn't interest me so I watch a different channel.

Maybe they weren't selling enough, and had to spend more time with it on air. It's still available today at the TS price.

I just couldn't decide on shade.  The Light looked too yellow and too light and the Light/Medium looked too dark and too warm.

@JudyL, I've always felt I had difficulty with her shades skewing too yellow. Debated trying the Fair Light but feared it would be too light. Decided to pass on it, think about it, and wait. If it was not still available then it was not meant to be.

But yes, entirely way too much time spent on the one product to the exclusion of the rest of the line.

I can take Amy in small doses. I watched the show almost close to 11pm, Dorris was on & both were talking over each other, they are not convincing anyone with that approach.
