I really haven't done any "beauty" shopping either.  I'm definitely not going to the mall to buy my favorite BBW fragranced lotions, even tho I have coupons.  Ha!   So I bought  Gold Bond Ultimate lotions and Aveeno firming creams in my grocery store pickup.  I'm kind of a nut about keeping my skin - all my skin - moisturized.  I miss the lovely fragrances of BBW, but the Gold Bond and Aveeno are wonderful.

@tototwo - I don't go to the BBW store, but that sure doesn't stop me from ordering online! I just received an order of 10 bottles of lotion that were on sale for $3.25 each. I definitely didn't need it but I really enjoy the scents too and I wanted to replace a couple of favorites, so I got those and some new ones to try too.

@rnmom -- Thanks, but I'm not a fan of ordering online.  Plus, we have serious mail problems here right now and too many items have been lost in the mail.  Back in February, I placed a h-u-g-e order with BBW and just finished my last bottle.   I'm always glad to find someone else who enjoys BBW fragrances!

@tototwo - That's too bad, I love ordering online, I have for years. I'd be really bummed if I had to get everything in the stores. I'd probably do the same as you, get my beauty from the grocery store or local drug store.

Actually I am venturing out to Ulta this morning because I have 2 gift cards that have to be used in the store, I cannot redeem them online and I'm tired of hanging onto them. I maybe go to the actual store once every year or two but I love ordering online. I'm hoping to spend them both today so that I don't have to go back. I'm sure it won't be a problem, they're not for that much.

I have one to spend in Sephora too, same thing, can't use online. I'll go there another day.

@tototwo   I own the Gold Bond body lotion and it is awesome.  My one leg was especially dry and one application of this lotion resolved my problem.  My doctor recommended it and she also recommended Aveeno but I chose the GB. I fell and my leg and knee ended up swelling 3 x the size of my leg/kniee.

@mistriTsquirrel    Check out my other thread on eye shadows great price.  $26 Stila.  I think they are pretty shades but judge for yourself.  They were orginally $52.

@mistriTsquirrel  - That palette is beautiful and sorry it wasn't as vibrant in person.  Maybe you'll like the shades when you've had a chance to experiment.

I ran to Ulta yesterday to use a couple of gift cards that had to be used in the store. I ended up getting a set of inexpensive hot rollers, an inexpensive curling iron, a moisturizer and an eyeliner.

Other than my blowdryer I don't have any styling tools at all. I just style my hair with my dryer. I used to curl my hair on ocassion but I haven't in years and I got rid of my styling tools ages ago. Now that I haven't gotten a haircut in a year, I thought maybe I'd try to actually curl it again.

The moisturizer is just something that I wanted to try and the green eyeliner is just for fun.

I still have a small Sephora gift card that I have to use too, but I think I'll wait until December to use that. It's my birthday month and maybe I can get my birthday freebie.
