Yes I did know that. I have ordered rms in the past and it was shipped the next day. I know qvc takes a long time to ship out stuff but have never had that happen with the rms I have ordered in the past. Can rms help if I contact them?

I sent them a message. I will see what they say when they respond back. I gave them the order number and my name and address. I ordered a sweater from QVC the same day and it shipped yesterday and will be here Friday.

I have ordered 2 rms items from the Q and one never arrived and the replacement finally got here. The tracking showed the first item was moving but suddenly disappeared. The second order shipped while I was told it was unavailable. It arrived quickly but I wasn't expecting it. Kind of strange.

If my dog doesn't like you, neither do I.

I am wondering if it has shipped but the tracking and update never showed up. QVC needs to do better when items are shipped directly from the brand. I have always got a tracking number but you could never actually track it. I should of just ordered it off the rms site.
