From what I hear, you're lucky your UD palette made it unscathed.  What was the packaging like?  Apparently it was adequate.  I've read a lot of complaints about their lack of packing materials.  I'm not sure if I still have my UD Naked palette (the OG) or not.

@SilleeMee  Sorry you are dealing with this. I have redness (medication related I suspect) and bought an Anna Sui purple water powder to try to help with it.

@Jk9  I also have the Nira laser. I am happy with what I have achieved so far. I noticed today that the little millia underneath my eyes is gone. And my hands look so much better. I use it wherever it will fit. I got the Pro so there is more bang for the buck.
