@JudyL

I think I will give that black rice Essence a try. One could never have too many essences! I've heard of this product before and it's been on my radar too try. Thanks for mentioning it.

I just wanted to wish to you the very best of care and a speedy recovery. If you've mentioned this somewhere on the forums, I haven't seen it till now.  May God have HIS hand on your surgeon and you.

@MalibuFox

I have not heard of the Super Shock shadow Polly.  I love Super Shock shadows!  One of my favorites is Ritz.  I think I'll wear it tomorrow when we go to the Social Security Office to sign me up for old age 🤔

Two Givenchy eyeshadow palettes. I found out this was still for sale and had to have it.  It was over a year ago that I first saw it.

Blue eyeshadow is in for 2024 and I'm ready for it. I hope no one feels the need to respond with a Mimi meme. This can be worn tastefully with the right eyelashes.

THEN, I found this purse.  I love light denim and silver together.  $1450.00, no thank you.

Re: Beauty Purchases This Week; 2/8/24

@JudyL  Two of my auto deliveries came this week. First Aid Cream in Winter Solstice. I was so happy to get this as the first shipment never made it to me. This scent is so nice, a rosemary mint, and my auto-delivery of Mally's Shadowsticks. I ordered the Korres Olive Oil and Orange Blossom Shower Gel that was on sale, I had $10 spendable cash so it made for a great deal. I have not received it yet.

Have a nice weekend everyone.

@JudyL   I mentioned my liners in the "what I used up" thread.

I also took advantage of the 25% off sale at Kiehl's for some skincare.

I found a great new tinted moisturizer  to replace my BB discontinued one I used for decades. It's by Dr. Jart (Sephora and on their site).... Light to medium coverage and perfect fair neutral tone. Although it has spf, I still use my own underneath.

@JeanLouiseFinch   I'll be thinking about you and wishing you an easy time and speedy recovery.

I'm interested in the hearing aid wax thing. Can you explain and where do you find it?

Thank you, @Shanus.  Wax filters or wax guards prevent ear wax from finding its way into the part of the aid that goes in the ear (earmold), which would cause damage if it reached the inner workings and wires. The filter/guard is the tiny white thing at the tip of the little stick. When changing the filter, the empty end of the stick will retrieve the used filter from the aid, then flip over it and put the new one in.  I routinely change mine weekly.  However, if I forget I will eventually experience an ineffective aid, as if the sound is muffled.  I'll change the filter and I'm back in business.  The wax filters/guards can be purchased where the aids were purchased.  I buy mine in bulk from Amazon.
