Hi Everyone,

I bought some more items from Laura Geller's site:

I bought a Blush N Brighten in Starfish Island. It's shades of pink, raspberry, and champagne. 

I bought her Prep-n-Go Lip Scrub and Tint Duo in the color "First Place," which is a magenta-pink color. 

It's a combo. lip scrub stick on one end with a lip oil on the other end. I already have her lipstick tube Prep. Scrub and really like it. My lips get so dry and dehydrated that I find that this scrub helps. I only use it when I feel that I need it.

I also bought her latest holiday limited edition Jelly Balm Hydrating Lip Color in Very Black Cherry. It looks dark in the tube, but it's a sheer red. It looks really beautiful. @JudyL , I'm wondering if you'd be interested in this shade, since you've been looking for a new shade of red to wear. 

Since I'm really fair-skinned, I also need to be careful with what shades of red that I wear. Anything that's too coral-based or too orange-based doesn't wear well with me.

I also bought her Gorgeous in Gold Limited Edition Lipstick Trio. They're coated in gold only on the outside. They're different shades of pink on the inside--a neutral pink, a pink, and a mauve-pink.

Thanks @Toppers3 for thinking of me.  I wonder if Laura's Very Black Cherry is like the Clinique one.  If so, I have the Clinique one but I will take a look at Laura's as it may be a good alternative.

@justashopper  - I say retail therapy is the best for lifting one's spirits!  I did some today too but will wait until next week to report on what I ordered.

@JudyL ,I have the Clinique Black Honey too, and I don't know that it's like Very Black Cherry? I had thought about that before I ordered Laura's Very Black Cherry.

I'll be curious to find out. 

I try not to order dupes of colors when I buy lipsticks unless I really like a color. I usually like to try different colors and have different colors on hand.

I already have a few berry lip colors, so I'm also looking for a red.

I looked at the model wearing the Black Cherry on Laura's site, and as I mentioned, it looks like a sheer red.

I'l let all of you know when I get it and I have a chance to compare the Black Honey with the Black Cherry. 

I just put the order in at Laura's site last night so I probably won't see it until some time next week. Her orders usually take about a week or so to get to me in the mail.

@JudyL   I purchased another RMS brow pencil and powder and Benefit Fluff Up Brows (the newest one whatever it's called). It must have been brow week week for me.

TRIED to buy another jar of Tatcha Dewy Skin Cream and for the 2nd time in a month, my debit card has been compromised and had to be canceled (sigh).  My 3rd card is waiting for me to pick it up at the bank.  I asked what I was doing wrong.  She said not to link my card to Google.  WHAT???  I've been doing that for years without any issues.  She said it's worse towards the end of the year.  To quote dad, "life hard".  So if your card is linked to Google, watch out for "Google YoungJoy".  Your banking institution should flag it.
