It's Thursday!  Good morning!  Let us know what you purchased this past week and how you like it.

My list:

ELF - Purchased a few things:  Putty Color-Correcting Eye brightner, Camo Liquid Blush, Liquid Poreless Putty Primer.  The only item I've tried so far is the color-correcting eye brightener and I like it a lot.  Just used a little and it did help with the bluish darkness that I have and concealer went over it just fine.  I'll continue to use this.  Did swatch the blush in Dusty Rose and it looks very pretty.

Maybelline - Lash Sensational Sky High Mascara in brown.  I had forgotten how great this mascara is.  The brown is definitely brown not a dark brown that looks black type of shade.  My lashes looked so nice, no flaking, or smearing, easy to remove.  Thank you to the poster that recommended this shade.

IT Cosmetics - the Q had a deal for 2 of the CC + Nude Glow for $52 which is great since one is $47 at ULTA or Sephora.  Picked this up in the Light/Medium.  I use this all the time more as a tinted moisturizer than a foundation.

RMS Beauty - from the show the other night I purchased the Re-Evlove Foundation and the Buriti bronzer.  They have already shipped so will review after I get them.

Forgot to add:  SKINN - Auto ships from HSN - DWP moisturizer and eye cream.

Good morning 

Went to Target to get lightbulbs and of course walked thru the beauty area.  Lots on clearance.

Maybelline Super Stay Foundation and Concealer.  Tried the concealer this morning and it was decent.

Neutrogena Serum Foundation.  It is light coverage and I like it.

ELF Big Mood Mascara for DD. She likes it

Sonia Kushak Brush Set. I like her brushes a lot 

I got a couple more things but can't remember.

Maybelline The Colossal Curl Bouuce Mascara: I like it a lot, it seems to really keep the curl and lengthen very well. I have short, straight lashes that I have to curl with a lash curler.

MAC Paint Pot in Bougie. I love this and am using it mostly as a thick eyeliner. It looks mostly like a dark auburn color with flecks of dark peacock? Hard to describe, kind of changes with the light but it looks good with my red hair color and brings out my green eyes.

Bioderma Micellar Water 4pack Got this for a steal at Costco. Love this stuff.

But here is the biggie: Alpha Ret overnight serum

Saw Derm this week. Talked about tret, how my skin just can't tolerate it, perhaps going down to .025. She said she quit tret and went to Alpha Ret, so I am trying that. Will get lower tret if I want it. Ingredients:

Some of the ingredients bother me. Pentylene glycol, PEG-100 stearate (lower in the list), Dimethicone, etc, so I am on the fence about this. It is tinted (odd for a nighttime serum) and goes on smoothly. When I saw the color I thought: this would make a good tinted day cream. It was expensive.

I was happy with how my skin looked and tolerated this.

Good evening, Beauties!

I've had a pretty busy day.  I returned to my old stomping grounds for a long lunch with my dearest girlfriends.  We share 50+ years of friendship and I love them with my whole heart!  Lots of laughs and stories. 

I probably could have exhibited better self control this week, but at least I didn't go too crazy.

Jessica McClintock EDP - wanted a new inexpensive, light scent and decided to get this.  I’ve used it before because of the Lily of the Valley notes.

Perlier Black Rice Night Eye Serum - 2 Pack  - I first bought this in September when it went on a flash sale. I’m still on the first tube.  When I saw it on another flash sale,  on Saturday, I decided to reorder now because there’s no way I’d pay the usual price later.

Ed Hardy Hearts & Daggers EDP - I happened to stumble upon it and ordered it for DD as a surprise.  It was a favorite hers once upon a time.

Skinn 2-pack Divine Elixir Algae Oil - I have some already in my stash but bought more on yesterday’s flash sale because I use it daily and the prices was unbeatable.

I've been trying out a new hair-loss serum by NUSPA for about 3 weeks so far. I'm excited about it b/c it contains one of the ingredients found in the lash-growth serum made by VieBeauti which I have had much success with using on my lashes. I'm hoping to see some new hair on my head but it's going to take some time. I will post more about it if I see any change to my hair growth.

@JeanLouiseFinch  - is your Perlier eye product the same as the Black Rice Flash Effect eye serum?  I have that on AS as it was a TS, I think, back in Oct or Nov maybe?  Just wondering if it's the same.
