Good morning! Let us know what goodies you purchased this past week and how you like them or maybe don't like them!
My list:
Laura Geller - ordered Tropic Hues blush and 2 eyeshadow quads - one in Tropic Hues and one in Pink Buttercream. Both obviously are supposed to go along with the corresponding blushes. At first when I saw the eyeshadow quads I was not impressed but yesterday used the Pink Buttercream and ended up liking it quite a bit. The one thing I don't like in this quad are the two shimmers are so similar it looks as if they are the same. But the matte shades went on very nice, blended easily and lasted all day. As well as the one shimmer I used. Haven't tried the Tropic Hues quad yet but will probably do so today.
NARS - their eyeshadow primer. Haven't tried it yet because I have the UD one open.
Natasha Denona - a mini eyeshadow palette - Bronze. Will be trying it soon.
Lawless - two lipglosses - Glazed and Velvet. These are wonderful! Not sticky, last a fairly good amount of time and add just the right amount of shine and color. They say they are plumping but I didn't feel any stinging or anything. I never believe plumping claims anyway so no difference there. I just loved how they looked.
Ordered but not received yet:
Natasha Denona - I am trying a different shade in her Hy-Glam Concealer. The first one I tried months ago was not a good shade for me but that was my fault.
Amazon - Banila Co Clean It Zero cleansing balm didn't really need this right now but the size I like was on sale so went ahead and got one, Aquaphor Lip Repair ordered this because of all the rave reviews from posters on this board, the untippable nail polish holder that was talked about last month, and 2 headbands for when I'm doing my skin care at night.
Looking forward to reading everyone's posts. Stay warm and safe if you have to go out.

@JudyL - I haven't bought the quads but those two blush shades are in my arsenal too. They're pretty. I just wish LG would create better packaging. LG compacts always fall apart on me when there's still a whole lot of product left. I hope the eyeshadows stay intact for you too. I bought the Prosecco palette in November and brought it on a trip. The first time I used it, several of the eyeshadows fell out of their little spaces. Some were broken. I ordered a second palette a few weeks ago and the same darned thing happened.
Here is what I bought this week -
D-Mannose Supplement - adding these to my routine for urinary tract support. They were approved by my urologist.
Womaness Let's Neck Roll On Neck Tightening Cream - I saw Dominique Sachse recommend this. I still like my Skinn Neck Amour system, and not planning to quit that, but I thought I’d give this a try and see how it works. Maybe I’ll end up using the Let’s Neck in the daytime and the Neck Amour at night. We’ll see.
Good Molecules Niacinamide Serum - I’m not exactly sure how often I’ll use this - daily or in a boot camp situation. I’m trying it for a more even skin tone but I don’t need to minimize any pores or oil production (they are good). I wonder about the strength, if it’ll be irritating, so I didn’t go all the way to a 20% concentration. it may end up not being for me at all. Good thing it was only $12.
Skinn Cosmetics Neck Amour Leave-On Neck Mask A/S - scheduled shipment was processed.
Scrubzz Disposable Rinse Free Bathing Wipes - I’m planning ahead and will pack these for my hospital stay.
Scrubzz Rinse Free Shampoo Caps - will use these for the days immediately following my surgery until I can get back in the shower.
Gold Bond Body Powder - first time purchase for me.
Maybelline Tuscan Sun Eyeshadow finally arrived and it’s a beautiful shade of purple. I can’t wait to wear it!

Only one item this past week when I was at the beauty shop, KENRA volume spray super hold $25. I needed to try a new hairspray and so far I really like this one.

4-pack Bioderma cleanser. This should be a years supply.

@cheriere - do you have a TJMAXX or Marshall's near you? I often find good brands of hairspray there for about half the price.

@JeanLouiseFinch Yes, I have a TJ Maxc, but I hadn't thought about looking for this kind of hairspray there. Thanks for the great tip. I'll be sure to check them out next time I'm there. I always love to save money lol. 😊❤️

@JeanLouiseFinch - I must be lucky because in all the years that I've been buyng LG powders, blushes, and now eyeshadows, I've had not issues with the packaging. The Scrubzz rinse free bathng wipes are great - according to DD. She used them last Fall on a remote, dusty, dirty camping trip and everyone loved them and wanted to know where to get them. Figured if they can pass muster on that kind of camping trip, they must be good. Will be interested to see what you think of your new neck cream.

I bought the Bioderma micellar water 4-pack also. What a great deal that is!

I'm not sure I've ever posted on this thread, as I don't usually have a lot of beauty purchases. But after my shock at how old I looked when I saw myself in a CVS public restroom mirror without makeup (I had been power-walking and had stopped by CVS to pick up some scripts), I knew I had to up my game. So! Here's what I've tried this week:
Equate Beauty Eczema Relief Skin Protection Cream ($6.86/6 oz-Wal-Mart): I don't have eczema, but I saw a Dr. Dray video about the Gold Bond version of this cream. She used it as a hand cream and thought it was really good. She commented that one thing she liked about it was that it absorbed super fast, and you could use your phone, tablet, etc almost right away.
I put the Gold Bond version on my Wal-Mart order, but they were out and substituted with their Equate version. It was half the price per ounce as the Gold Bond, and I knew I could take it back if I didn't like it. Holy Cow! I tried it today, and I am blown away! Everything she said about the Gold Bond is apparently true of the Equate. I'm typing on my laptop right now with no worries about it leaving lotion behind. I did notice some finger prints on my iPad, but heck...those get on there with NO hand cream on. A lot of times, I avoid putting hand cream on during the day even though I need it, because it doesn't dry and gets all over everything. I could even put my rings on right now without one bit of lotion getting into the settings or band. This is a winner.
Carlyle Phytoceramide Supplement ($9.44/3-month supply-Amazon) and Horbaach Multi Collagen Protein Powder ($29.99/91 servings-Amazon): I bought these after asking @SilleeMee about them. No issues so far with either one.
The Lab Power Punch Vitamin C Serum ($9.99-Amazon): Again, an @SilleeMee suggestion. I really like this! I like the texture, and I like the scent. I was surprised that there was fragrance in it albeit the label lists it as natural fragrance, but I really like it, and the price point is ridiculously good.
The Inkey List Collagen Peptide Serum ($18.96/1.01 oz-Amazon): I like this so far.
RoC Retinol Correxion Under Eye Cream ($21.97/.05 oz-Amazon): I am using this every other night to make sure I don't have any issues with it. I have purplish circles, bags, and fine lines. Dr. Dray said that a lot of times, the discoloration we have is exacerbated by the shadows the bags cause. By gosh, she was right. She suggested a retinol cream to help thicken the skin so there would be less of a shadow.
The Ordinary Lactic Acid 10% ($13-Amazon): This is coming today.
Vanicream Facial Moisturizer with SPF30 ($16.47-Wal-Mart): I like Paula's Choice, but even on sale, it has gotten pretty expensive, so I have been looking for a less expensive version. The Doctorly docs recommended this one, but I did not like it at all. It was like spreading cake frosting on my face! Very thick, tacky, and shiny. A big no to this one.
Neutrogena Ultra Sheer Moisturizing Face Sunscreen Serum ($14.99/1.7 oz-Target): Purchased this today and will try it out tomorrow. It's a chemical sunscreen, and I am used to using a physical sunscreen, so we'll see how I do with it. Dr. Dray recommended it, and it says on the label that it can be used as a primer. We'll see how it works with my powder mineral makeup.
And finally! The thing with which I am most in love! I must have been living under a rock, as I'm sure most of you already use something like this, but I saw this on Amazon, and it is the bee's knees! No more water running down my arms!
