Happy Thursday Beauties! 😊

I’m still prepping food for our son’s family.  I got a lot done this week.  I was telling the foodies in the kitchen forum that I have a cheap vacuum sealer from Amazon and have really put it through its paces this last month or so.  What have I been missing all these years?! Once DS empties our freezers, I’m seriously thinking about doing some food prep like this for DH and myself.  We’re going out of town this weekend, celebrating our 45th. I’ll finish everything for the kids by the middle of next week.

I went on a little shopping spree the other day and I’ll soon be getting reacquainted with some old Skinn friends…

Skinn Neck Amour Mask A/S (HSN)- I used this years ago and have been waiting for a good sale, to get back to it.  I have been consistently using the Prai neck cream for a couple of years, but I’m at the end of my last jar and going back to check out Skinn again.

Skinn Neck Amour Redensify Neck Serum Duo A/S (HSN) - I used this years ago when Dimitri was still on ShopHQ.

Skinn Pep 40 Serum Duo A/S (HSN) - I used this years ago as well, before D moved to HSN. It was also on sale so I decided to revisit it.

Skinn Divine Elixir Ayurvedic Blend Oil A/S (HSN) - I’m already a big fan of the original Divine Elixir Luminous Oil. This one gets high reviews so thought I’d try it.

Too Faced 3-pc. Blush, Highlighter, and Brush kit (HSN) - my current highlighter compact broke.  I need another blush like I need a hole in the head, but the HSN coupon code I have made the kit appeal to me.  I could have purchased the highlighter alone, but I wanted the brush too.

HSN deposited a coupon code into my spendable kash that’s good for the entire month of September and can be reused as desired - $10 off on $30.  I was able to get an additional $10 off on each HSN item by placing separate orders. 👍

Tretinoin  .1% Cream - a staple in my PM routine. I get it from Walgreens

@JeanLouiseFinch  - do you remember what you liked/didn't like about the Pep40 Serum?  I'm curious about the product and would like your feedback on it.  Thanks!

@JudyL  I'm a believer in peptides and this serum has them at the highest levels. The DWP Age Reset serum has peptides too.  I'll use one in the AM and the other in the PM.

I'm not crazy but I just bought five bottles of this vitamin C serum. It just went on sale plus this serum has a very long shelf life. I'll use it up before then. I love this serum b/c it's compatible with the rest of my skincare routine.

Re: Beauty Purchases; 9/7/23

@Shanus , Oribe is the best hair products I've ever used.  I switch up the shampoos and conditioners.  The beautiful color,  the newer one in the yellow bottles is great too.  I've also used Serene Scalp...all great, smells beautiful. I'm using the oil drops for shine too, but it hardly smells, and it's not original scent,  but it makes my hair shiny and not greasy.  The detangler is great too.  I LOVE the superfine hairspray, soft hold...thats a beautiful original scent....yep, all sooooo pricey.  But I haven't experienced any other products that leave my hair so healthy looking.

Keratase is another very good line...healthy shiny hair, but doesn't have the beautiful fragrance of Oribe...its also lower priced...so that's a plus.  I'm just obsessed with the smell of Oribe...I have the perfume too. Original scent.  None of this line has an overpowering fragrance, so no worries there...its just light ,very fresh clean smell.

I do switch up with other lower priced shampoos/cond maybe once a week.   BTW..Oribe is very concentrated, so a little bit is more than enough,  it lasts long.

Don't buy on Amazon...buy only through their site, or Nordstrom, or Sephora.

@sugar plum

ShopLC dot com. Regular price is 14.99. Sale price is 9.99 (+3.00 s/h). Shipping is free for $50+ orders. That's why I bought five to get the free shipping.

If you buy it from the Lab Direct website it's 38.00 per ONCE-OUNCE bottle. ShopLC sells TWO-OUNCE bottles.
