Beauty Losers Check-In - 1/24 - WEEK 29

HI everyone. Well, I FINALLY got back to working out lat night AND what did I do? I did the 30 Day Shred and it kicked my but!!! I swear to you, its been at least a month, probably more, since Ive been consistently working out. I had to pause it several time, when Jillian Micheals was doing the jumping jacks! The jumping jacks freakin KILLED me! LOL Anyway, I might take tonight off, debating whether or not I will do it tonight, only because, since its been so long since Ive been being good and working out, I want to ease back into it slowly, at least for the first few days. I will tell you what though, I forget where I read it, dont know if it was on Jujube's thread about the 30 Day Shred, or on one of our threads, but whoever said that it kicks your but in just 20 minutes and makes you seat, was correct! Anyway, hope everyone is doing well, and had a nice weekend. It feels good to FINALLY be getting back on track. Hope everyone checks in. Also, Mommy, I saw your last post to me on last weeks thread, thanks. I dont even know when I will be getting to level 2, since level 1 really did me in, lol.
