No thank you.  I ordered something over 1-1/2 ago and it just shipped and coming on the slow boat from China.  They certainly need help when it comes to shipping.  Other stores have lots of orders too and are not this slow.

How  long ago did you place your order?  It just says 1 1/2 ago.  It says on their home page to expect delays.  I don't like it either but there isn't anything I HAVE to have asap so waiting is ok for me.

@Katcat1 , they are just coming off of their insider sale that was going on for a couple of weeks so by the time that ended even the Rouge, who are supposed to have two-day shipping,  it was more like two weeks.

@monicakm   Thanks for posting. I'm thinking the Rouge/VIB/Insider sales didn't do as well as expected and we're getting another shot. 

As a VIB, I didn't order too much. I'm still waiting on my 2 Tartlette palettes (one matte and the other w/ a few shimmers). I hit pan on both which is rare for me, so I re-ordered. These are my every day palettes...neutrals and many cool shades. They have the light all over lid shade,  pale neutrals for a transition shade and each has dark shades that I use for liner.
