Beauty Brands (Store)/Ulta/Sephora

I just discovered there is a store called Beauty Brands in my near by city.  I've never heard of it.  A little looking around on the web and it seems like it's not the most well organized, well lit, stocked and managed store.  I started out looking at Ulta to see if Charlotte Tilbury was sold IN the store.  

 

Remember how I said my localish Ulta was not a friendly place to shop?  It was better the last time I was there but it has 2.5 stars on Yelp Smiley Surprised  Same complaints.  Sephora has 3.6.  I haven't been to the new location (inside Kohl's.)  I'm glad I do well shopping at Sephora online.  I want to go to a big stand-alone Sephora and smell all the fragrances but that requires a trip to Dallas.  I wish we could make a weekend of it and stay at a nice hotel, dine at a fancy restaurant but...dogs.  My brother or my husband's brother used to take care of our dogs but both of them are gone.

@monicakm  Do you have a large department store nearby? They usually carry lots of fragrances. If not google fragrance samples. There are many websites that will send you samples of fragrances for as low as 99 cents.
