What a disappointment! I I watched a few presentations and did a bang up job of controllilng myself but I gave in in the last few minutes of the day..

I received it this morning in a soft sided 'envelope' and needless to say the box inside was crushed and torn open. When I finally found the directions I discovered what I had purchased, for $79.95, wasn't even the complete system! It's the cream that goes on top of step one!

This was my first (and last) purchase of the brand and I was not informed that what I was purchasing was not a stand alone product..Did I miss something??

Between the illadvised packaging and the fact that I'm missing a significant step in the 45 day system it's on its way back.

Hi. I also caved and ordered this. My package came today and the box was somewhat smashed. There are three small bottles - Phase 1, Phase 2, and Phase 3. Each bottle has two sides - 1A and 1B for the first bottle. You use two pumps from each side each night for 14 days and move on to the Phase 2 bottle. This does contain the complete 45 day system. Hope this helps since it seems you think something is missing. They also offered a 60-day return on this one. I am going to give it a try but if I don't see any results I will be getting a refund. Color me embarrassed! I only saw the 'put this on top of that' Didn't notice the 2 sides.

I guess I was quick to judge because of my recent experiences plus the dismal condition the box was in...

I just retrieved it from the outgoing mail.

Sorry you've had some negative experiences recently. I would call CS to report the condition of the box. No excuse for that.

i also purchased. i have been using one pump of each. so its 2 pumps a and 2 pumps b. also purchased the neck system. lately nothing seems to be working for me. figured i needed a boost.

I used it last night; why wait? But here's my question: The directions state that you stop using your usual regimen BUT this stuff is only in the evenings..Can I use my Isomers in the morning? Is anyone else still doing the regular morning skincare routine?
