Sounds delicious.  Those sound like good scents for today's lip glosses.

@monicakm  The Bath and Body Works Tutti Dolci lip glosses were delicious!! They definitely would be great scents and flavors for today's lip glosses Smiley Happy.  Flavored lip glosses are hard to find these days! I wear Soft Lips berry or vanilla flavored lip balm under my lipstick and lip gloss so that I can have flavored lips Smiley Very Happy.  Someone needs to come out with a glazed donut flavored lip gloss.

If a salesperson doesn't meet a quota then they themselves have to buy the products?

I don't think it would be possible to know who "sold" what. The employees greet you at the door and usually hand you a bag. They will help you find something but they are not selling anything. Customers gather up what they want and take it to the cashier. No. one asks who helped you? How would sales be credited to the employees?

I find that very difficullt to believe. I worked there for years and that was never a thing.  We would get fantastic discounts on certain scents every month, but never, ever were forced to buy anything.  How could any of the assiciates afford to do that on a retail salary.

Maybe the sales associates are responsible for a section of the store. That’s one way to measure sales.

No, they're not.  The poster who keeps saying that about employees has this confused with another store.  Many of us have told her that, but she insists.  Not that important in the overall scheme of things.

I basically buy candles  wallflowers, car ports and hand wash. I no longer purchase body wash and lotions as would get tired of the scent, usually seasonal , and end up tossing. I need and want more moisture than most of their bath items offer.

I occasionally send candles to my stepdaughter. I didn't need two Reward items as have enough stufg , so I sent a shampoo and conditioner in her package.  I order on line. We had a store an hour away. They closed and reopened but on line is easier. I read the reviews and what I have liked to order. I wait for sales.

They are great about replacing damaged items. No questions asked. I always had good luck with their operators. They no long send out an invoices either. If there is damage one has to look up the order and check the shipment to make sure it is correct.

The correct word is "whose."

That poster is very stubborn and won't admit any faults.

Years ago I was hooked on their lotion to powder body lotion in freesia. Then, the whole line was discontinued and I moved on. Still miss that product!
