Not keeping it. Didn't like it at all :-(

Re: BareSkin Foundation - Keeping it, or not?

I wear medium beige in original powder so tried Bare Natural in the Bare Skin foundation -- both are supposed to be neutrals, but the Bare Natural was too yellow for me. I really didn't like the finish anyway, so am not going to bother trying to get a better match. I returned it.

I already returned my Bare Satin. IMO, that color was totally misrepresented as cool & lighter range of medium. It was very dark on me & certainly not cool I may have been better with the shade Bare Natural, but honestly, I didn't like how it wore or looked on my skin aside from the color. I've had better for sure. I think the hype & anticipation got me, but I would never have purchased Bare Satin if I saw it in person. I'm finished with ordering makeup online. If it works for you, great, but I think there will be a large amount of returns.

I ordered both the Bare Satin and Bare Natural and was also shocked at how dark the first one was and definitely not a cool shade as advertised. Bare Natural has yellow in it though and I'm returning it. I get what others are saying about having a greasy look....it's more than a healthy glow and I've had to resort to using blotting paper on my forehead and chin. So, getting back to Bare Satin, it has brown in it and frankly not bad on my skin BUT it may go back too....

I'm keeping it. I'm Fair in the original loose foundation. I wasn't sure if Bare Shell was going to be too dark, but it was perfect. I have dry skin so no matter what foundation I use, I always use moisturizer first and usually a primer. I was surprised that I liked it because I never thought I would ever use a liquid foundation again. I love the brush. It goes on easily and blends well. I use the two drops as recommended for the first application then add a third drop for the areas I feel need a little more coverage. Its a light dewy finish, perfect for summer. It still looks good at the end of the day and my skin is nice and soft.

Wow if Bare Shell works for you and you wear Fair in Original, then I guess I was right to be worried about it being too light for me wearing Fairly Medium in Original! Good to know. I'm glad it's working for you!

I didn't have a problem with the finish, I thought it was kind of nice, but the color was just too dark to really know if I like it or not.

I have fair/med rather dry skin. I ordered on the lighter side with Bare Satin and it was way too dark. I think it makes my skin look too dry and wrinkles are too accentuated I really wanted to like this but it's back to Josie Maran. Hers is much more moisturizing.

Re: BareSkin Foundation - Keeping it, or not?

I am going to the BE store 1 may for a color code check. I ordered Bare natural. think it is to light (I wear med. beige loose foundation).

I have worn bare natural about 5 times. Not crazy about it. right now it is slower to put on then my loose foundation. I will say it is better then the pressed ready foundation, which I did not like, the color match for me was awful. to yellow based.

I think I will use the liquid foundation when I want a change. I still like my loose powder still gives the best coverage.

Returned mine. Was excited to receive it. Applied the foundation and it made me look ten years older. Skin looked dry and wrinkles appeared. Even my nineteen year old daughter's skin looked terrible. I would not recommend this to anyone.

Keeping. it's the best I ever used. Covers great and the color for me is spot on. Easy to apply. I would purchase this again. I apply it over Skinn's orchid gel and it goes on so easily.

Returning, too much trouble. I have to conceal, prime and set makeup...to high maintenance! I have oily skin and it just slides everywhere if it is not set properly.mplus, the most annoying part...the brush strokes...bah! If I buff I can ovoid them, but buffing find dry skin I didn't even know existed!!
