@ccassaday - I didn't shake it. Did look on the tube and it didn't say to shake it so didn't. Will try that tomorrow. Thanks for bringing it up as I wouldn't have thought of it.

Sorry to here JudyL. I've been a bareMinerals Complexion Rescue user for over 10 years. The box does have an 888 795 4747 number if you have questions. I've not experienced pilling and I have quite a few new, unopened boxes. Of course QVC would take it back. I never use the brush. Have found it leaves streaks on my face.
BTW: my Summer Bisque order is still in process!! Almost 7days sitting around in process. QVC needs to get better s&h. Just because it's free doesn't mean you can give customers shoddy service.

@ahoymate - I had a Smileactives order sitting in "preparing your order" since April 26th. Was told that it was coming from the Ontario warehouse and they had a computer issue and were backlogged but I was assured that it is now fixed and they are working diligently to get orders out. So, maybe yours will be coming soon.

Yes, when I called customer service, samething: Ontario warehouse issue.

Mine arrived yesty, wearing it right now. No issues, love it so far.
I didn't shake it either!
I had rec'd samples from direct orders and was wanting to try it.
Agree, the brush gives me streaks! It is too loose. Needs to be denser.
No big, I have plenty of brushes.

@ccassaday Not everything needs to be shaken. I use Dr. Denese Tinted Defense Day Cream with SPF, and never shake it. It's thick, so shaking it wouldn't mix it better anyway.

Update: Tried it again today. Half side of my face I applied with my fingers, the other half with a sponge. Both sides were awful - streaky, pilled so much, and just looked awful. Back it goes. Glad it works for some of you but for me, this was not good.

That's too bad, @JudyL. I like it but do have to watch that I do not apply too much.
