Bare Minerals shades

So I've always used the shade golden medium in bare minerals. During the summer I get a little tanner and I wanted to go up a shade. I was wondering do I bump up to Golden Tan, Medium Tan, or Tan? Also I was recently matched to Tan 1 in the creamy concealer.
