Bare Escentuals new jar packaging

Recently, I have been receiving Bare Escentuals foundation A-D in the new packaging & experienced that the bottom of the jar becomes loose, and I end up spilling most of the product all over the place -- very messy -- I have lost product in 2 jars in this new packaging so far, costing me several dollars literally "down the drain". I wonder if any other customers are experiencing the same thing. Is there any way to improve on this packaging?
