Can someone describe what this smells like? Thanks!

I love the smell, to me it’s light, not cloying, no floral, no menthol, no sweet, clean with a background of tea scent. Works well on my husband not so much with me but I use it for my second cleans anyway because I like the scent.

I agree with woodyend in that it is a light and clean scent. A bit "green" but not really floral. If you've ever tried Klorane's papyrus milk shampoo (probably not, lol), it smells really similar, imo. I really like the BGT scent and I too agree that you can't really detect the menthol in the scent at all.

Well to me it's floral, it reminds me a little of spring gardenia green tea but lighter as far as scent.

Bamboo Green Tea is probably most similar to SGGT and SOB which have powdery floral scents. BGT has a fresh green powdery scent, with more subtle floral undertones. -- I much prefer the Wen powdery florals scents (think of powdery fragrances from the 1940s - Worth, Arpege, etc.).

The smell reminded me of rain.

It smells very fresh. It smells like green clover and a hint of gardenia.

This for me too, I imagine it is what it would smell like to stand in a rainforest surrounded by plants and fresh rain.

My sniffer doesn't detect any floral (thankfully because I do not like floral scents) and it doesn't smell like SGGT to me. {#emotions_dlg.blush}

Light, fresh, and botanical.
