Balance and Brighten Wet ???

Hi...

I have Balance and Brighten in Porcelain which is
a perfect match for my pale pinky skin-tone.

{#emotions_dlg.tt1}Although I have never seen Laura using it wet, I did
read that you can use it wet.
Has anyone used it that way?
If so, how ?
Wet the brush ?
Also, if it goes on wet, will wetting it make the shade darker??
I tend to use the brush closed a little tighter as I feel it tends to
cover better.
Can I use the brush closed a little and then wet it ??
