Balance & Brighen shades

Sorry in advance if this question has been asked several times but...I'm thinking of trying Laura Gellers Tropical kit. I have never used LG products before but was intrigued but this kits. I use BE medium foundation. Since I have never used her products before,what color should I use with LG? Thanks
