Re: Bake Radiance Foundation Review

Received mine this morning, and I immediately tried it...No prep, no Neutralizer Spackle, nothing but this new product. I can see every line and pore on my skin (including some I didn't know existed), and my skin has an odd sheen to it. The color is a perfect match (med), but I am not a fan of liquid makeup. This new foundation is very drying as a stand alone makeup for me; I was hoping for a more dewy look. I have been using Balance-N-Brighten (fair), Balance-N-Bronze (fair), and Neutralizer Spackle for several years with great results. I will try again with the Spackle as a primer, and I also want to mix this new foundation with some original Spackle before I give a two thumbs down. Right now, the perfect color match is all it has going for it.

Re: Bake Radiance Foundation Review

Okay, one thumb up. Not thrilled, but it does work better with the Neutralizer Spackle. It doesn't get that weird sheen with the Spackle, but I will only use it for a highlighter effect across my forehead and high on my cheekbones. Guess I'm just not ready to switch to a liquid foundation. I'll keep for evenings when I'm wanting a more "made up" look.

I tried it at Ulta and really liked it. I thought it was very natural looking.
