Yesterday I decided to order online from Ulta using my Platinum status discount and not driving 25 miles to the store. Kept having trouble putting my security code from my CC card in----tried multiple times. So, I called the customer service no. and was told because my 3 digit no. had 2 numbers the same (together) their system would not take it?? The person I talked with could not over-ride it and asked me to use another CC card. So I tried that and it said "coupon already used"??? I asked to speak to his Supervisor, was put on hold several minutes and then was told the Supervisor was busy---he could schedule a call back for me. Well, by then I was livid! So, I wrote an email to them. Got an email back saying they would respond within 24 hours. They have an hour to go! LOL I love Ulta but if I can't order on line---perhaps I was sick and couldn't get to store??? Oh, and you cannot place an order over the phone??? So, thank you for reading my rant this morning!

I never had a problem ordering on-line with Ulta and using the "$3.50" off (or any coupon) .... but feel your frustration .... this week I've had issues with Paypal, Mastercard ... and more~! I found myself in tears from the stress of three things going wrong in one day.
Just remember .... this is an imperfect world filled with imperfect people.

At least you got to talk to someone, I sat on hold for 5 minutes and just hung up, they never did get my order.

That's why I didn't want to schedule a "call back"----thought I would probably never hear from anyone!

Oh man, this would get on my last nerve. Incompetence in web design is a pet peeve of mine.
Really, Ulta? You can't get your web page to work in 2016?

Are you saying that you bought an item in-store and wanted to return ut via mail? I don't think any company lets you do that.
That said, I'm not a big fan of ULTA.

No, I wasn't returning anything! I was ordering. And it has certainly been over 24 hrs. since the promised email----which makes me even more determined to rant to them! But, I don't know how else to get through to them. ERRRRGG

I have had problems ordering on-line with them too. They couldn't get my gift card to work after 2 different long phone calls. Finally had to go to the store where after much effort they just made me a new card - that is only useable in the store, waaaaa! I would much prefer to use it on-line but if they can't get it to work there is no chance I can. So I feel for you, I really do!

Oh don't even get me started on Ulta!!! Huge issue yesterday in store... and i gave up ordering online with them a long time ago..
