Bad Reaction to Strivectin

Has anyone had a bad reaction to this? I used it for about four days on my face and chest and I now have a pretty bad rash on my chest (surprisingly, there was no bad reaction on my face). I am now trying to sooth the rash with hydracortizone cream but I was wondering if anyone has had a similar reaction.
