So many of us here have issues with hair loss, i thought I would post about a new reality show starting tonight Aug 24 at 10 ET on TLC, will be on each Wed for 6 weeks. It features  2 hair restoration surgeons and a derm doc helping those who need their servces. I know I can easily relate.

@Shelbelle I too saw this advertised and it will follow Dr Pimple Popper.  I had gotten quite fond of MY FEET ARE KILLING ME!

They rotate shows, so  I am sure Feet will return next season.

While I was on testosterone for a while I could watch Dr Pimple Popper without flinching. When I got off the testosterone I had to watch through my fingers covering my eyes. Then I couldn't watch it at all. That was probably a couple years ago and I don't think I've watched TV since except for Naked and Afraid Smiley Surprised

@monicakm I can watch Dr PImple Popper, but not the foot show.  Not sure if I can watch the hair show.

I am a fan of these type of shows----amazed at how much help these specialists are and what they can do for their patients lives--- oh--- and the exception to watching these shows--I never watch Botched--can't stand those 2 arrogant drs.---not a fan of their warped sense of humor or of the many  people who have/want   plastic surgery just to do it-----even tho there are some people that they help, for "real" problems.

Some of these reality medical shows don't cover the cases where their procedures have failed for some reason or another. The shows seem to show mostly the successful cases. To me that doesn't seem like the reality of how things can turn out in real life. It's not always going to be a happy ending for many patients. I'm a perfect example of a case of hair loss where many doctors' treatment have failed.
