Backorder?? It Cosmetics Hello Beautiful Anti-Aging 5-pc Collection Auto-Delivery

Hi! Sorry if this has been addressed before. I'm on auto-delivery for the It Cosmetics Hello Beautiful Anti-Aging Collection. I was supposed to receive my 3rd shipment on September 26, but my order status is showing "Backorder". I have not gotten any notice from QVC about this. I guess I'm going to contact CS, but was wondering if anyone else had this situation.
