BVLGARI Green Tea

[ Edited ]

I was recently on vacation and the resort where we stayed provided this line of bath products.

Shampoo, conditioner, lotion, soaps...

I LOVE IT

To start with, it's totally unisex. It's green, light and fresh.

I usually don't like any tea notes in my scents and though it's called Green Tea, I can't smell any, so happy!

To me it smells like limes, green sunny limes, not lemons. It just so happens that I'm crazy about the smell of limes anyway so it's natural that I would love this scent.

My husband likes it too, we were both smelling so good while on vacation,

Only con was that the shampoo and conditioner are not really great products, I wish I had brought some WEN to use as a conditioner because my hair was beginning to dry out by the end of the stay. But they smell amazing! Cat Happy

When I got home I bought a bottle of the spray right away and it transports me back to the vacation, so ready to go back.

I can strongly recommend this scent for summer.

@c_la_vee,  I use to love the Green Tea perfume by Bvgari but it's been quite a few years since I wore it -- like 25 years.  I have moved on to other scents.  It was lovely but so light that it did wear off very quickly.  Cat Very Happy

I also love green tea fragrances, I have Elizabeth Arden green tea which to me smells wonderful and clean!

@Katcat1

OMG! I didn't realize it had been around that long! I suppose it's a classic at this point.

Yes it is light but it lingers on my skin if not in the air but I know what you mean.

@Happiness Is Inside JOB

If I ever walk past a sample of it I will have to try it, thanks!

Yes!!!   I clicked on this thread because I immediately thought of our guy Ranger!  LOL   I Heart  Ranger!

Somehow, I've never tracked this scent down.   Do you know what retailers carry it?   I'm really not a fan of most "green" scents, but now I have to go out and find it.  LOL

This post really brought back memories.  I used this scent over 20 years ago, and LOVED IT.  It is so light, and the notes are perfect.   I've tried other "green tea" scents that have been either too masculine or artificial.   This one nails it.   I'm going to have to hunt it down again.  It's timeless.

Re: BVLGARI Green Tea

I hardly ever wear perfume but Bvlgari has (had?) a few scents I really loved, the green tea being one of them. I wish I could remember the name of the other one I loved (it has been quite a number of years since I tried/used them). Maybe green jade?? Can't remember. Anyway, I think that one has been gone for awhile though because I remember looking for it a few years ago to see if it was still around and I couldn't find it at the time. Anyway, I can't use their products now but they do have some really nice scents and the neat thing is, every time you smell that scent now, you will remember that (hopefully!) wonderful vacation!
