I think Julep has had problems in the past. I’m sure if you google it, you will see that they were in some kind of lawsuit. I’ve tried their nail polish and it was okay, but I didn’t order from their website.

Two sides to every story.  I can't judge unless I hear details. 

 

How long did you have the package before you returned it?  I'm assuming you wrote "refused" on the package and dropped it off?  Do you have proof that you did, and proof that it was received?  All within their accepted timeline?

Julep insists they remitted a refund. I still have no refund.
