BHA pads--congested pores

Does anyone have a good recommendation for BHA pads? I tried the cheap Stridex ones, but I have not seen any results. PB says most of this brand pads do not have the right pH to exfoliate anyway. Do you know of an effective one? I am targeting clogged pores on my nose. Any help would be appreciated. I have tried her gel, but find it a bit sticky even if I only use a little.
