BE changes

Has anyone else noticed how much BE has changed since they got bought out. First they made the packaging different to it has half as much product in it and now they are raising the prices. Some women are saying they think the formula feels different. I have noticed that is doesn't look as smooth anymore. The boutiques seem like they are all about the $$$ and not the girlfriend experience anymore. Its just pushy sales. I stopped going there. My friends have too. If I do need anything I will get from Sephora or Ulta although I am trying to find a new makeup line just because of how much they have changed. I think customer service is so important in todays market. I know people say Ojon has changed too. Its a shame. It used to be a great makeup and company.
