I ordered the BE Bronzing Mineral Veil well in advance of the sell-out. I knew I would not be home for the delivery so I put it on "check". This is supposed to mean that in 15 days they need to receive a "check" or you can change the payment to credit card when you are ready for delivery. I spoke with a cs rep who said it would be waiting for me when I was ready to have it shipped. Well, that's a lie!!!! I got an e-mail saying that I was on backorder (why?) and that they may not be able to get any additional products. Now my order status says "cancelled". I am really really annoyed!!!! Shouldn't my item have been counted as one of the "sold" products. All QVC would do was apologize and give me some ridiculous excuse as to why it happened. Not Acceptable!!! What to do?? I think BE should honor all orders that were made in enough time of the sell-out. Do I have any recourse??
