BE Foundation and LG Foundation - For Those Who Have Used Both

Good morning, Ladies,

I've been using BE foundation for years, and am wondering if this is what has been causing my breakouts all these years. I think I'm going to try LG Balance N Brighten foundation, but am confused as to which shade I should choose. For those who use or have used BE foundation, could you tell me which shade you used and which shade you use in LG? I wear Medium Beige in BE, and it's a pretty good match, although sometimes I even feel like it might be a tad too dark.
