BB tip for making your powder foundation look like your own skin

Thanks to the discussions on these boards, I purchased the Bobbi Brown illuminating finish compact powder foundation yesterday. It is really lovely. The BB rep said that to make it look like your own skin, apply moisturizer first. Before the moisturizer has dried, apply the powder foundation so that it kind of blends in with the moisturizer. This is the just opposite of what I have done - I always let the moisturizer dry a bit before I put on my foundation. Just though I would share this tip.
