BB's long wear gel eyeliner change...

I was talking to a BB store manager today and was told that about a year ago BB changed the formula of the long wear gel liner so it didn't dry out so quickly. That sounds great! Has anyone noticed their gel liners bought in the last year not drying out as quickly as ones in the past? That was my main issue with them.
