I am 67 years old and have been blessed with really good skin, basically have very seldom ever had even a pimple. For some reason for the last several weeks I have noticed my face area below my bottom lip going all across this area down to my chin is covered with little whiteheads. I use Dr Denise, Skinn and Josie Maran products and cannot figure out what has caused this and have no idea of how to get rid of them. I have been really rubbing alot in that area at night with Dr D's pads but they don't seem to be doing anything.

Is there anyone of you that has this problem and if so what do you use/do to get them cleaned up and gone and possible how to keep them from coming back. Thanks

Are they blemishes or is it white spots in your Pores?  I have sometimes what looks like white lotion in my Pores. I think it's buildup from my sunblock I have to wear. So I give it a good cleaning.

It's like all my pores have white stuff in them and I have tried squeezing them and it does come out...I know TMI. I don't use sunscreen and I don't wear makeup, just use moisturizers.

What moisturizer are you using?  The 24 hour youth preservation from SKINN is extremely thick.  I love it, but that may be clogging your pores.  Has Dr. Denise changed her pore pads formula?

I use Josies argan oil and Dr D's Firming facial pads not her pore pads. I guess I just need to clean several times a day. Don't know what else to do. It probably bothers me more because I have never had a skin problem and now all of a sudden I have this.

Maybe try an exfoliating cleanser. 

OR a masque???

I use Skinn cleanser and my clarisonic. I guess I just will keep doing what I am doing and maybe one day they will disappear. Thanks

Have your ever tried Skinn Cosmetics Dermappeal ? By Dimitri James, you can find his line on Evine. Also he has a Pure Pore Detox cleanser. His line is very good if you haven't tried it, I'd give it a try.

I would stop using both Jose and Dr denise at least in that area.  Sounds like one of them is not agreeing with your skin in that area.   I can use Jose Body butter anywhere but my neck.  Don't know why,  but I get very itchy and welts.  I can use it anywhere else on  my body but my neck.  If stopping those don't work, I would see a Dermatologist.   There is such a thing as adult acne.  It sounds like your skin is not agreeing with something.  Good Luck.

You may be doing too much to the skin in that area.

Have you changed anything you are doing - like sitting at the computer and resting your chin in your hand?

If you live in a high heat & humidity area, Josie's product may be too heavy for your skin to manage in this heat.

Personally, I would try a very simple toner - 1/2 water + 1/2 organic vinegar with the mother in it.
